Returns/Exchanges: Returns and exchanges are only applicable to orders shipped within the continental United States.
Return/Exchange Pre-authorization: All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by contacting It’s a Gamer’s Thing at returns@itsagamersthing.com with the reason for the request of return/exchange. Any returns/exchanges received without proper authorization and documentation will not be accepted and no refund or exchange will be issued.
Time To Request RETURN/EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION: All request for any return/exchange must be made with 7 days from receiving the shipment.
Acceptable Reasons For Return/Exchange:
Defective product: The item has a manufacturers defect.
Dissatisfied: Product is not as represented.
Wrong size: Applies to T-shirts and other garments only. Since sizes vary by manufacturer it is possible that the size you order may not fit exactly as expected thus warranting an exchange.
Damaged During Shipment: It’s a Gamer’s Thing is not responsible for orders damaged during shipping. A claim must be filed with the carrier to resolve this issue. It’s a Gamer’s Thing does not accept returns/exchanges due to damage by carrier handling.
Return/Exchange Product Condition: All products returned to It’s a Gamer’s Thing must be returned in the original packaging in good undamaged condition. Inspection of any and all products returned to It’s a Gamer’s Thing will occur before any refund or exchange will be issued.
Chainmail Kits: Must be returned UNOPENED.
T-shirts And Other Clothing: Must be returned UNWORN. Trying on a garment to verify proper fit does not constitute being “WORN” unless by doing so the garment becomes stained or soiled.
Return/Exchange Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping charges.
Restock Fee: Since It’s a Gamer’s Thing ships from multiple warehouses some products may be subject to a 15% Restock Fee.
Order Cancellations: Orders are not normally subject to cancellation once they have been placed. This is due to the fact that your order may be shipped, in part, from multiple warehouses. If cancellation occurs prior to order processing there will be a 3% cancellation fee on all orders placed with a credit card to cover processing fees paid to the credit card company.
Notice of Return/Exchange Refusal: It’s a Gamer’s Thing retains the right to refuse any return or exchange based on suspect reason or customer history.
PLESE NOTE: Failure to observe any of the terms listed will result in Return/Exchange Refusal. Written notification will be emailed to you providing you with an option of appeal.
