Normal Orders:
All shipments are processed in a timely fashion and are normally shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday - Friday). Since It’s a Gamer’s Thing ships from multiple warehouses it is possible that your order may come in multiple packages and by different carriers.

Special & Custom Orders:
Since Special Orders and Custom Orders are made to order please observe the estimated completion time of your item. Special/Custom orders normally ship within 1 to 2 business (Monday - Friday) days of their completion.

Orders Placed During Holidays: Orders placed prior to and during national holidays may take longer to ship. This is due to carrier availability and load. Please be aware of this when placing your order.
